How to Request a Return

  1. Login to your TRADESAFE account.
  2. Find the order that includes the item you want to return.
  3. Click "Request Return.”
  4. Select the reason for your return from the dropdown menu. If needed, add additional details in the notes section.
  5. Submit your request by clicking "Request  Return."
  6. Our team will review your request. Once approved, you'll get an email with the return labels which you must print and send along with the product/s.

Orders shipped within lower 48 US States

Return requests can be submitted within 30 days only from the order date.

  • Only items in new condition are eligible for return.
  • No unauthorized returns will be accepted.
  • Authorization to return must be obtained from TRADESAFE via e-mail at cs@trdsf.com.
  • All returns are subject to approval.
  • Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • No restocking fee is currently charged.

DAMAGED DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

Please open and carefully inspect your package upon receipt. You must notify us within 5 business days if you received a damaged or defective product. It will be repaired or replaced at no charge to you.

DAMAGED DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

Inspect your package upon receipt. Notify us within 5 business days if you receive a damaged or defective product. We will repair or replace it at no charge. We reserve the right to select the carrier and shipping service for replacements. If you prefer to return the item instead, you will be responsible for all shipping fees and related charges. We will refund the product cost once it returns to our facility. We are not responsible for damages that occur during shipping, as we cannot control the handling of the item once it leaves our facility.
