SHIPMENT AND DELIVERY TERMS

  1. Shipping and Delivery Liability: Once an order is placed on our website, we take every step to ensure a smooth shipping process. However, our responsibility ceases once the package is handed over to the carrier. We will provide the customer with a tracking number for their convenience. It is the customer's responsibility to track their package thereafter.
  2. Title and Risk of Loss: All purchases made on our site are bound by the terms and conditions of third-party shipping. The risk of loss and title for the goods pass to the customer, the purchaser, once the product is delivered to the carrier. We encourage customers to review the carrier's terms and conditions to understand their policies.
  3. Damaged or Lost Shipments: In the event of a package being lost or damaged during shipment, the responsibility lies with the carrier. Customers are advised to report any such incidents directly to the carrier. While TRADESAFE is not responsible for merchandise damaged or lost in shipping, we are committed to assisting our customers. Please contact us immediately for support in expediting replacement products, especially in cases requiring a rapid response.
  4. Notification Period for Issues: Customers are required to notify us within 15 days after the package has departed from our warehouse in cases of carrier delays, damaged products, lost packages, packages marked as delivered but not received, and other issues. This prompt communication is crucial for us to assist you effectively.
  5. Carrier Disputes: Any disputes related to the shipping and delivery of products should be directed to the carrier. Our role is to facilitate the initial shipment and provide tracking information. Post-shipment issues are under the purview of the carrier's policies.
  6. Customer Assistance: For any questions or concerns regarding your order's shipment and delivery, please contact our customer service team at cs@trdsf.com. We are here to provide guidance and support throughout the shipping process, from the moment you place your order until its arrival.

Important Information:

  • The freight carrier will contact you with the telephone number(s) you provided us at checkout. Please make sure these are accurate.
  • Most items will be delivered to only the nearest ground level entrance of your home/business. Exceptions include apartments and unusual driveways. Many freight carriers will provide stair service or bring the item(s) to a specific room for an additional fee.
  • Before signing the delivery receipt, inspect the carton(s) for damage (including dents, crushing, creasing, tears, etc) and note this on the receipt. The driver is not required to wait for you to unpack the item unless visible damage is seen.
  • If during delivery, it is obvious the item(s) are damaged, you may ask the driver to unpack and inspect the contents with you. If damage is found, clearly note it on the delivery receipt and write "Refused due to damage". Be sure to keep your copy and Contact Us immediately.
  • After you accept delivery, it is a wise idea to keep all packing slips for at least 30 days.

Additional fees may apply for the following:

  • Redelivery: If you miss your delivery appointment, the freight carrier may charge you a fee ranging from $5-$25. The decision to redeliver is solely that of the freight carrier. Your item(s) may be redelivered to Tradesafe if you miss your appointment or if the freight company is unable to contact you. In the event this occurs, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Please see the Refused Delivery section.
  • Refusal of Delivery: If delivery is refused, please call our customer service line at 1.316.247.1270 or email cs@trdsf.com to inform us that the delivery was refused so that we can issue a refund.

By purchasing the item(s), you authorize Tradesafe and/or the freight carrier to assess any additional fees as necessary to the credit card according to the fee schedule that is above.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders shipped within lower 48 US States

Cancellation up until order is shipped

  • No fees will apply for orders canceled for products that have not shipped.

Cancellation after Order is Shipped or Refusal of Delivery

If you require the cancellation of an order after it has been shipped (but before it has been delivered), please give us a call or send us an email so that we can stop the shipment. The order will be returned to our shipping facility, at which point a refund can be processed.

If the order has been delivered, it must be left in its original packaging. Please email cs@trdsf.com so that we can issue you a return authorization. Once it has returned to our shipping facility, we will complete your refund. The buyer is responsible for all shipping and related fees for returns.

RETURN GUIDELINES

Return requests can be submitted within 30 days only from the order date.

  • Only items in new condition are eligible for return.
  • No unauthorized returns will be accepted.
  • Authorization to return must be obtained from Trdsf.com via e-mail at cs@trdsf.com.
  • All returns are subject to approval.

DAMAGED DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

  • Please open and carefully inspect your package upon receipt. You must notify us within 5 business days if you received a damaged or defective product. It will be repaired or replaced at no charge to you.

Orders shipped outside of lower 48 US States

Cancellation after Order is Shipped or Refusal of Delivery

If you need to cancel an order after it has been shipped but before delivery, please contact us by phone or email to halt the shipment. The order will return to our facility, where we can issue a refund. If the shipment cannot be stopped or incurs charges for rerouting, processing, receipt, or any related fees, the buyer is responsible. The buyer must also cover any customs or cross-border fees.

In case of delivery refusal, intentional or unintentional, the same conditions apply as a return.

If the order has been delivered, do not open the package. Email cs@trdsf.com for a return authorization. After the items return to our facility and we process the return, your refund will be issued. The buyer is responsible for all shipping and related fees for returns.

We are not responsible for damages that occur during shipping, as we cannot control the handling of the item once it leaves our facility.
