Representative favorable reviews
“I work around heavy equipment everyday and these are used repeatedly. They have been left in the Sun and rain for weeks with no issues. Not to mention the Peace of mind of knowing that my responsibility to ensure the safety of others is conveyed by this tag clearly.”
“Exactly what was needed for our sling inspection program. Provides a much sturdier inspection record than just a paper list. The coating allows using a grease pencil for marking that can be wiped off while still using the opposite side. Makes them much more useful and not just throw away when the tag is full.”
“Awesome product. I must not have read it clearly. I thought these were thick paper. They are actually plastic of some sort, easy to write on and can get wet without damaging. Come with zip ties. Exactly what we needed for daily lift inspections.”
Representative critical or qualifying reviews
“Price was good compared to similar products, but lamination is not good for grease pencil.”
“I received these lock out tags pretty fast and they are what I expected. I do recommend for simple tag outs. They are rather thin so don’t expect them to last long. However, for my intended use they are great!”

Methodology and source disclosure
TRADESAFE analyzed review cards published on its product pages through AReviews. The source dataset contains individual ratings, reviewer display names, dates, review text, product associations, and visible source labels. Representative review text on this page is reproduced without changing its substance.
Reviews shared across related colors or variants are displayed with every legitimately associated product but counted once in family-level statistics using normalized reviewer name, date, and review body. Family averages are descriptive summaries of individual review records, not Amazon listing aggregates.
Amazon aggregate-rating note: No exact-ASIN Amazon aggregate from the captured audit is published for this family. Aggregate rating markup remains intentionally omitted until parent-to-child listing relationships are conclusively mapped and refreshed.
