Return Guidelines

How to Request a Return

  1. Log in to your TRADESAFE account.
  2. Find the order that includes the item you want to return.
  3. Click "Request Return."
  4. Select the reason for your return from the dropdown menu. If needed, add additional details in the notes section.
  5. Submit your request by clicking "Request Return."
  6. Our team will review your request. Once approved, you'll get an email with the return labels, which must be printed and included with the product.

Orders Shipped Within Lower 48 US States

Return requests must be submitted within 30 days from the delivery date.

  • Only items in new condition are eligible for return.
  • No unauthorized returns will be accepted.
  • Authorization to return must be obtained from TRADESAFE via email at cs@trdsf.com.
  • All returns are subject to approval.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless otherwise specified.
  • No restocking fee is currently charged.

Damaged or Defective Products

Inspect your package upon receipt. Customers must notify us within 5 business days if they receive a damaged or defective product. Eligible items will be replaced in accordance with our product warranty and return policy.
