Shipping and Delivery Liability
Responsibility for the shipment transfers to the carrier once the package is handed over. However, TRADESAFE will assist customers in resolving shipping issues when possible, including providing documentation, claims support, and replacement coordination where applicable. Tracking information will be provided once the order is shipped.

Contiguous United States (Lower 48)

Orders for in-stock items are processed within 1–2 business days.
Transit Time
Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days
Expedited Shipping: 1–2 business days
Estimated Delivery Window
Standard Shipping: 4–7 business days total
Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days total
Oversized or multi-item orders may ship separately and may follow standard delivery windows depending on fulfillment location. If an order cannot be fulfilled within 15 calendar days, customers will be notified proactively regarding the delay and next steps.

Orders $60.00 and above qualify for free expedited shipping.
Orders from $1.00 to $59.99 are shipped via expedited service at a flat rate of $9.00.

Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated by the carrier at checkout based on destination and service level.
Title and Risk of Loss
All purchases made on our site are shipped via third-party carriers. Title and risk of loss transfer to the customer once the product is delivered to the carrier. TRADESAFE manages communication with the carrier on behalf of the customer when needed, including coordination with fulfillment partners, which may include Amazon (MCF) or third-party fulfillment providers depending on the product, to assist in resolving shipping-related issues.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If a package is lost or damaged during shipment, customers should report the issue to TRADESAFE within 15 calendar days of the shipment date. We will coordinate directly with the carrier, including filing claims on the customer’s behalf when applicable.
If the issue is determined to be related to product condition or manufacturing, it will be handled according to our damaged or defective product terms.
Notification Periods
Shipping Issues
Customers must notify us within 15 calendar days of the shipment date for issues related to carrier delays, lost packages, delivery discrepancies, or packages marked as delivered but not received.
Damaged or Defective Products
Customers must notify us within 5 business days of delivery if an item is received damaged or defective.
Missing Packages After Delivery
Once a shipment is marked as delivered by the carrier, the order is considered completed. TRADESAFE is not responsible for packages reported as lost or stolen after delivery confirmation. Customers may contact us for assistance in investigating delivery issues; however, any assistance provided does not constitute acceptance of liability, and resolution remains subject to carrier verification and final determination.

For any questions or concerns regarding your order’s shipment and delivery, please contact our customer service team at cs@trdsf.com. We provide support throughout the shipping process, including assistance with tracking, delivery issues, and coordination with carriers when applicable.
Important Information
The following applies to freight or oversized shipments only:
The freight carrier will contact you using the telephone number(s) provided at checkout. Please ensure this information is accurate.
Most freight items will be delivered to the nearest ground-level entrance of your home or business. Exceptions may apply for apartments or unusual driveways. Additional services such as stair delivery or room placement may be available for an extra fee.
Before signing the delivery receipt, inspect the carton(s) for visible damage (including dents, crushing, creasing, or tears) and note any damage on the receipt. The driver is not required to wait for full unpacking unless visible damage is present.
If damage is evident during delivery, you may request the driver to inspect the contents with you. If damage is confirmed, note it clearly on the delivery receipt and write “Refused due to damage.” Retain your copy, take photos of the damage, and contact us immediately.
After accepting delivery, retain all packing materials and documentation for at least 30 days.
Additional Fees
Redelivery
If a delivery appointment is missed, the freight carrier may charge a redelivery fee. If the shipment is returned to TRADESAFE due to failed delivery attempts or inability to contact the customer, return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
Refusal of Delivery
If delivery is refused, please contact customer service at cs@trdsf.com or 1.316.247.1270 so we can process the return and issue a refund accordingly.
By purchasing the item(s), you authorize TRADESAFE and/or the freight carrier to apply applicable fees related to shipping, redelivery, or handling where necessary.
Cancellation Policy
Orders Shipped Within Lower 48 US States
Cancellation Before Shipment
Orders may be canceled without fees if they have not yet entered the fulfillment process. Fulfillment may begin shortly after an order is placed depending on the product and fulfillment method.
Cancellation After Shipment or Refusal of Delivery
If cancellation is requested after shipment but before delivery, contact us to attempt to stop the shipment. If successful, the order will be returned and refunded.
If the order has been delivered, it must remain in original packaging. Contact us for a return authorization. Once received at our facility, a refund will be processed. The customer is responsible for return shipping and related fees.
Orders Shipped Outside of Lower 48 US States
Cancellation Before Shipment
Orders may be canceled without fees if they have not yet entered the fulfillment process. Fulfillment may begin shortly after an order is placed depending on the product and fulfillment method.
Cancellation After Shipment or Refusal of Delivery
If cancellation is requested after shipment, contact us to attempt to halt delivery. If the shipment cannot be stopped or incurs additional handling, rerouting, or customs fees, these costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If delivery is refused, the same return conditions apply.
If the order has been delivered, do not open the package. Contact us for return authorization. Once received, a refund will be issued. The customer is responsible for all shipping and related fees.
Return Guidelines
Orders Shipped Within Lower 48 US States
Return requests must be submitted within 30 days from the delivery date.
Returns must be authorized by TRADESAFE prior to return shipment.

Only items in new condition are eligible for return.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Damaged or Defective Products (Within Lower 48)
Inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive a damaged or defective product, notify us within 5 business days. Eligible items will be replaced in accordance with our product warranty and return policy.
